Payment terms depend on the plan you choose (Free, Lifetime, Subscription).

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Refunds & CancellationsRefunds are processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Lifetime and subscription plans are subject to the terms mentioned at purchase.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel your subscription.1. Cancellation of SubscriptionYou can cancel your ZapForm subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at admin@zapform.ai.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your paid features until that date.

2. RefundsWe do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription term.

For monthly subscriptions: Cancellations made before the renewal date will avoid future charges, but the current month’s fee is non-refundable.

For one-time or lifetime plans: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued after purchase, unless required by applicable law.

3. Trial PeriodsIf you are on a free trial, you may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

4. Account DataUpon cancellation, your account and associated data will remain accessible for 30 days. After this period, all stored data will be permanently deleted from our servers, unless legally required to retain it.
